Thank you for shopping with Crafted Kin LLC! We are proud to offer original and custom-designed apparel made with care. Please review our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing Time

All orders are made to order and processed in the order they are received.

  • Standard processing time: Please allow up to 14 business days (2 weeks) for your order to be prepared for shipment.

  • Custom designs and pre-orders may take longer to process due to the personalized nature of the products or product availability.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are based on the most current rates from our partnered carriers:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)

  • FedEx (Federal Express)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Delivery Time Estimates (after processing)

Estimated delivery timeframes once your order has shipped:

  • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: Varies by destination (typically 7–21 business days)

Please note that these estimates do not include processing time.

Service Delays & Inventory Exceptions

At Crafted Kin LLC, we aim to meet all posted timeframes; however, the following situations may lead to longer processing or shipping times:

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: May require additional design and production time.

  • Pre-Orders: Shipments may be delayed until the product becomes available.

  • Supplier Inventory Delays: Occasionally, our suppliers experience stock shortages or delays which may impact fulfillment timelines.

  • Weather, carrier, or holiday disruptions can also impact delivery timeframes beyond our control.

We will communicate any significant delays as soon as possible via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become active.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
