At Crafted Kin LLC, every item is thoughtfully made to order with original or custom designs. Because of this, we are unable to accept general returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

All Sales Are Final
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our apparel, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Custom design variations approved before production

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To resolve the issue promptly, include the following:

Clear photos of the item and any packaging damage
We will review the case and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Timeframe for Reporting Issues
All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and, if needed, issue a replacement depending on the outcome.
